Lightroom 2 supports custom profiles
One subtle Lr 2 update worth mentioning is it supports DNG 1.2 specs. This will allow you to use the DNG Profile Editor to create and tweak profiles and use them in Lr (and Camera Raw 4.5).
You can download the DNG Profile Editor and profiles from Adobe Labs. The editor and the profiles are still in beta, hence why they are only available via Adobe labs at present.

A fix for keywords not exporting from Lightroom 2

If you updated your Lightroom catalog to Lightroom 2 and found the keywords weren’t included when you exported the photos, Adobe have issued a script that fixes the problem.
